Dr. Ingemar Häggström, Head of Operations at EISCAT Scientific Association. He is responsible for the EISCAT operations, the EISCAT data analysis and archiving of the data in the database. His science interests cover a wide range of atmospheric radar studies and he is collaborating with a multitude of EISCAT users in different countries. He is also a member of is Incoherent Scatter Working Group of URSI, coordinating the World Day program of the radars all over the globe. He is managing the linking of EISCAT data into different science databases, used by the researchers. He is leading work packages, as well leading the EISCAT effort, in several EU funded projects within the H2020 programmes, focused of the Geospace environment, Federated Computer Networks and Environmental RIs.
