Dr. Sophie Murrayis a Technical Officer at Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, working in the area of research to operations for space weather forecasting. Her research interests include solar flare forecasting, solar wind and coronal mass ejection propagation, and thermospheric modelling. She is particularly interested in using tools developed by the terrestrial weather forecasting community for space weather forecasting purposes.
