Sophie Chabanski, after over a decade as research and development engineer in the private sector, Sophie joined the Space Weather group of the Royal Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy (BIRA-IASB) participating participating to the development f services related to conditions in the near-Earth space environment (radiation belts, cosmic radiation, magnetosphere, ...). Sophie was also involved in the project management of ESA Space Weather Service Network Coordination Center (SSCC).
